2/10/2024 0 Comments T mobile add insuranceIt leaves a bad taste in thier mouth, and a lot of consumers have become savvy and know that thier credit card offers insurance for free, or they can go through Square Trade and get insurance for a fraction of the cost. Nothing like paying $15 a month and you get a horrible refurbished phone that doesn't work correctly for a warranty exchange, or even worse you pay the deductible and now you have a phone that isn't just right. Some may never notice it.Īlso a lot of customers won't add insurance now because they had a horrible experience with the program. A lot will not notice it and have it on thier account until 6+ months down the road they finally see it, get it removed and credited back, and life moves on. A small percentage will say something come back to the store or call customer care, get it removed and a credit added, be upset, and move on with thier life. So a lot of reps to hit this ridiculously high goal and not get in trouble have to just add it on. Doesn't matter if they buy the cheapest phone where it does not make sense to get it insurance or a high end phone where for a lot of customers they don't want to spend an additional $15 a month to get insurance. The company expects a high percentage of people to be sold insurance.
